3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Client

Clients may cancel their scheduled appointments under the following conditions:

  • More than 48 hours before appointment: Full refund or rescheduling at no additional charge.
  • 24-48 hours before appointment: 50% refund or rescheduling with a $50 rescheduling fee.
  • Less than 24 hours before appointment: No refund, but rescheduling may be available with a $100 rescheduling fee.
  • No-show or same-day cancellation: No refund will be provided.

If we need to cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a full refund or reschedule your appointment at no additional cost to you.

4. Refund Policy

Completed Services

Once a consultation or service session has been completed, refunds are generally not available. However, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with a completed service, please contact us within 7 days of the service completion. We will work with you to address your concerns, which may include:

  • A complimentary follow-up consultation to address specific concerns
  • Additional guidance and recommendations at no extra cost
  • In exceptional circumstances, a partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis

Service Packages

For multi-session service packages:

  • If you cancel before any services have been provided, you will receive a full refund.
  • If you cancel after some services have been provided, you will receive a prorated refund based on the remaining unused services, minus a 10% administrative fee.
  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the package purchase date.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

We stand behind the quality of our services. If you are not satisfied with your consultation experience, we offer a satisfaction guarantee that includes:

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Digital products or downloadable style guides that have been accessed or downloaded
  • Services that have been fully completed and delivered
  • Gift certificates or promotional vouchers (unless otherwise stated)
  • Any third-party products or services purchased during personal shopping sessions

7. Rescheduling

We understand that circumstances may change. You may reschedule your appointment:

  • More than 48 hours in advance: Free of charge
  • 24-48 hours in advance: $50 rescheduling fee
  • Less than 24 hours in advance: $100 rescheduling fee (subject to availability)
